Customers Please Note: 2nd April – 19th April

As of Friday 2nd April, we intend to take a well needed rest.

As a small business, the team decided it would be better to take a group break. 

Therefore, please be aware that the last day of ordering that will be processed and dispatched will be

Thursday April 1st up until 5pm.

This means that any orders placed after this time will not be processed nor dispatched

Until Monday the 19th of April.

Update

The majority of our items are handmade to order from within our small Yorkshire, based workshop.  Our team are committed to turning around any orders as soon as possible.  As more and more people are taking staycations and getting out into our beautiful countryside, we are very thankful for a high demand of orders which has meant that we have are extremely busy.  

Please be aware some items may take up to 7 days to be individually made and despatched and then we give it to the Royal Mail to safely deliver to you.  Thank you for your patience and understanding of this as we are a small business.  We hope you understand.

Customer Statement – COVID-19

Doing Our Very Best to Deliver

Delivery Lead Times could be Longer than Usual

The Smart Dog Company is fully committed to serving its valued customers.

We are fortunate to have a small but very committed team and closely monitor the COVID-19 situation on a daily basis. Helping protect our employees and ensuring the reliability of our customer supply chain, as well as our quality remains part of our focus.

At this time, all Smart Dog manufacturing and distribution operations remain open and fully operational. We are staying close to local government authorities to ensure that we comply with all current public health directives, ensuring that we meet specific health and safety requirements.

While supply of most products is not being impacted by the COVID-19 situation, we have seen a surge in demand for some products.  As a result, we are experiencing some longer than usual lead times for fulfilment of some orders. We are trying our hardest not to disappoint our customers by managing despatches and to ensure that we deliver all orders as soon as possible.
